If you 're having audio problems while in a call, please follow the guidelines below:
- Make sure you are running the latest version of TextMe. Update your version here!
- Check that you have your volume correctly set. Double check your (and your friend's) mute feature.
- Ensure that you and your friend have a good network connection.
- If you are using an iPod, please use a headset to call.
iOS asks for your authorization to access the microphone at the first call or sign up.
If the user answer ''No'', TextMe will be unable to use the features that need a microphone. In case you rejected the authorization you can go to Settings > Privacy > Microphone > TextMe and activate it!
