You can reset your password from the login page.
Step 1: Open the app on either iOS or Android, then tap “Login.”
Step 2: On the login screen, tap “Forgot your password?”
Step 3: Enter your email address and tap “Send link to email.”
Step 4: Check your inbox for an email from us. From that email, click “Reset my password.”
Step 5: You’ll be taken to a screen where you can set a new password. After you submit it, you’ll see a “Your password has been reset” confirmation message.
Step 6: Lastly, simply return to the app and log in using your email and new password.
To change your password:
- Tap the 3 vertical lines to pull up the "menu"
- Tap "My account"
- Tap Password and type a new password
- Confirm and save
