Calling issues can be attributed to many different reasons, from network issues to network outages!
Please be sure to use the latest TextMe version to insure quality of calls, Update your version here!
You need an internet connection to use TextMe. Try utilizing a strong, stable Wi-fi connection, or switching to your mobile data if possible to see if that helps with the issue.
If you are trying to call a regular number :
- Check that you have enough credits (Remember that calling landline or cell phone number requires TextMe credits), if you don't then: let's earn credits before you call!
- Check that you dial the international format : + (country code) (number), tap a long "0" to dial "+"
- Check that the country you want to call is available on TextMe, (go to the dial pad in the upper right corner and tap the country flag to change country).
If you can connect the call but you have experiencing audio issue, please check the: "I'm experiencing audio issues while in a call."
