US, Canada, and UK users who signed up from their country are eligible for one free number.
You should be able to see your assigned number from the left menu bar under your username.
If you don't see it :
- Check that your push notifications are activated from your device settings. We don't assign a number if the push notification setting is disabled.
- Go to "Numbers" then "Get a new phone number".
If you sign up from another Country you will still be able to use your App but won't get a number. Please consider purchasing a number by visiting either the "Numbers" or "Store" tab.
Just be aware that TextMe numbers are reassigned if they are not used for over a certain period of time (depending on the Country).
You can now keep your number even if you do not use it that often! Go to Account & Settings > Number > Select your number and scroll down to view your options.
