How to upload your ID confirmation photo
An ID confirmation photo is a photo of you, the account holder, holding your ID document, and a handwritten note next to your face.
In the Numbers section, tap on the phone number, then tap on "Identify & Address" to open the upload page.

How to take a photo of yourself holding your ID and a handwritten note
- Take the photo in a room with enough light
- Select the highest photo quality on the device you use to take the photo
- Hold up the documents next to your face, like in the image below
- Make sure both your face and ID are clear on the photo — nothing on the ID can be covered or censored

The handwritten note must say "TextMe" and include, the current date and the last 4 digits of the phone number.
If your photo is not of high enough quality (sufficiently sharp and not blurry), we will request a better copy.
